Refund & Return Policy

Overview We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Diverse Goodies. If you’re not happy, this policy explains how to return items, request refunds, and exchange products.

  1. Return window You may return      most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or      exchange. Items returned after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion      or issued store credit only.
  2. Eligibility To be eligible for a      return, items must:

  • Be in original condition,      unused, and with packaging intact.
  • Include the original receipt or      order number.

3. Defective or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping.

  1. How to Return

  • Contact our Returns Team at diversegoodies01@gmail.com      with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a Return      Authorization (RA) and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and ship      to: 87 Kuran Street Chermside Qld 4032. We recommend using a trackable      shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without      tracking.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our      error (defect, wrong item), we will cover the reasonable cost of return      shipping.
  • For buyer-initiated returns,      return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • Original shipping fees are      non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Refunds Processing Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
